This steely-gripped foe pulls its prey ever deeper into the dark; dragging you down into a spiral of panic and terror, until you lose all sight of what’s real and right.

It persuades you that you’ve failed before you’ve even begun; convinces you that all around you see only your mistakes; torments you with your darkest fears, tightening its vice grip around your heart until all you can do is surrender and fall… Over and over again.

But in the end, this song is not a victim’s plea; it is a warrior’s battle cry... Because facing the truth of your pain takes strength. Admitting that you’re scared and struggling takes courage… And only when we fall down, can we know that we have it in us to get up again. 💖
